Cboe Australia publishes final listing rules and trading procedures  

Cboe Australia has published the finalised versions of its listing rules and listing rules: procedures. This follows the approval of Cboe Australia’s application to launch a listings market by ASIC on 3 October 2025.

Additionally, Cboe Australia has made a change to its operating rules: procedures to include quoted securities of listees as an “auction eligible product”. Read more here.

FATF updates on global money laundering and terrorism financing risk  

AUSTRAC has issued an update on the latest international ML/TF/PF risks identified by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF). The updates identify two categories of high-risk jurisdictions:

  1. High-risk jurisdictions subject to a call for action: these jurisdictions have significant strategic deficiencies in their AML/CTF regimes and include the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Iran, and Myanmar.
  2. Jurisdictions under increased monitoring: these jurisdictions have strategic deficiencies but are actively working with the FATF to address them. Read more here.
